Javier Íscar de Hoyos is a leading jurist in commercial arbitration, with a distinguished track record in dispute resolution both in Spain and internationally. As managing partner of the firm Íscar Arbitraje, he has acted exclusively as an arbitrator since 2018.

His expertise includes banking law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), insurance, construction, engineering development, franchising, and international procurement and supply contracts (EPC).
